The Colemans Craft Warehouse is an Aladdin’s Cave of craft products, covering card making, paper craft, scrap booking, beading and jewellery making, knitting, baking, haberdashery and home decor.
First Floors UK were called in to expand the existing warehouse floor space as the client was looking to increase the size of its operations.
Having explored the possibility of moving premises, our aim was to provide a cost-effective solution that would give the client the space they needed without impacting on their current business processes.
In order to achieve the goals set out by the client, First Floors UK assessed the existing floor space and designed a customised mezzanine floor structure that would provide an additional 2000 sq feet of showroom space.
This bespoke system also included two disabled persons lifts to give easy access to those who are unable to use the staircases.
