Biosynex, a company that specialises in the design and distribution of rapid response diagnostics testing, recently chose First Floors to complete a full fit-out for their new facility.
They were opening up a new facility and needed to expand their workable space so that they could efficiently optimise the use of space.
The client needed a multi-functional space that could be used for several divisions within their company. The scope of the project included the design and installation of a fully fire-rated mezzanine floor, which had a communications room and laboratory test room. The space was to be divided using office partitioning.
The team at First Floors worked closely with our client as we needed to make sure that each zone of the mezzanine floor met their needs.
Additionally, as they work within a heavily regulated industry, we had to ensure that our structures, spacing and designs met standards and regulations.
We also needed to supply and install lighting, ceiling work and carpeting throughout the mezzanine.
